SAA's next meeting is Wednesday, October 15th at 1:45pm in room 126 in SFA. Notes from the last meeting: The Works on Paper Anniversary show will be at Historic City Hall. It will open October 10. Student Tailgate is this weekend, for more information check out the McNeese website. Homecoming Float construction begins next week! Shirts will be printed next week, bring a lightcolored shirt! Monday October 13 the sign-up sheet for the Houston Bus trip will go up. To sign up you will need to sign the sign in sheet, and give Lisa $10 in a sealed envelope with your name on it and a permision slip. The Student Art Education Association will have bake sale Monday October 13 from 9-2. October 30th there will be a meet the art faculty at 11am in the Gallery. Previous meeting: Costume bowling night will be Oct 27th at Petro Bowl from 7-11 pm. The semsters SAA shirt theme will be printmaking. There was a heated debate and compromise as to the design of the shirt. It will say "Printmakers do it backward" and have an image of a press on it on the back with SAA small on the front.
